I am looking to build a custom home for an upcoming move. Any clever networking ideas to consider when building the house?

Such as if you decide you want to run any other kind of cable there, or replace the cable with…fiber optic or something so you can watch 16k super definition video in the year 2035 or something. It’ll make any changes easier.
