Swipe down from the Top right to open control center. There will be that icon saying “Work” focus. You can tap on that button to see other focus modes.

This is focus mode “Work” that is enabled.
Swipe down from top right corner, you will see the same turned on(colorful), tap on it again to turn it off

The focus mode “Work” is active. In the settings, you can find “focus” and see the list of all your focus mode. You can also go to the control center and enable/disable a focus mode

Your work focus is enabled.
It means there’s a focus mode active. It’s been asked so many times. I literally just googled it and it was the first result I find it hard to believe you couldn’t find anything about it. You can change focus mode in control centre.
