Not really. Basic features will work but most 3rd party apps won’t update without newest versions of iOS.

Had to get rid of my iPhone 7 bc I couldn’t use food apps since they no longer were supporting ios 14

The iPhone 5 won’t receive service from some carriers, atleast working at Tmobile I know we don’t support that old of iPhones. No updates too, prob not worth it

I sorta wish I never upgraded my 4s and still use it with stock os. The only upgrade that phone really needed was to keep up with music.

The old man is still using an iPhone 5 I think….even though I gave him an 11 pro max 6 with everything to setup 6 months ago. SMH

you cant put an 5 screen on am se, only a 5s screen. also it is almost unusable, unless you are only using imessage and phone calls. the se will be way more useful, im typing this on an se 2016 rn cause i sold my 8 plus to get an iPhone 12 and it is beign an great phone, just the battery sucks and having only 16gnb on an 12gb ios is crazy

iPhone 5s you can use just for calling and texting nothing else but if you really want that size of iPhone you can go for iPhone SE 1st generation it’s same size with 64bit processor and with iOS 15 so mostly apps are supported still and 4g internet works fine
