The historical significance of anchor is really neat. It’s everywhere in San Francisco. Reminds me of Narragansett in Rhode Island.
RIP to the steam beer outside of Callifornia, too.
For holidays I usually aim to brew an imperial stout with maybe some whisky-soaked cacao nibs and walnuts around summertime so it has time to age until New Year’s. Should probably get to that soon…
