they have what they call diseases. People catch them seemingly randomly, but some inside sources claim the government injects you with them. You feel terrible for a few days and you might even DIE from them. Then they force you to see a doctor, who will give you medication to treat the disease. This is all a big scam to inflate their numbers and make their economy seem like it’s functioning. I mean, who goes to a doctor? They’re so expensive I can’t believe people just go there in North Korea. They’re probably forced to, and probably have to pay out of pocket too BEFORE any service is rendered.
