Kinzinger needs to shut his pie hole and rally his own people. I’m exhausted with these former conservatives who only recently had something change their world view, and now they believe that qualifies them to lead Democrats.
Here’s a thought. Maybe take a beat to realize you don’t have the critical thinking skills necessary to lead, and get behind an existing movement, led by folks who have been fighting the fight.
Kinzinger isn’t a Democratic leader, but he’s saying something those who want to be “leaders” are too fucking cowardly to say.
Fuck Gavin Newsome, and if he’s your template for a Democratic leader you shouldn’t be going out over a ledge taking about critical thinking skills and “fighting the fight”. Kinzinger at least knows who the enemy is.
Kinzinger knows the playbook to be a grifter like the rest of the “Never Trump Republicans.” Convert, preach to the choir, and pass the collection plate.
He’s not factually incorrect about Newsome, who sucks, but he still needs to shut his pie hole about Democrats and go rally his own folks.
