Original Title: [oc] Aggressive 🤡 tailgates , honking, and passing in opposite lane in excessive speed, then break checks 3-4 times even though I let him pass and gave him space. He was nowhere in sight when I pulled out of the lot and was speeding down in a 50 (30mph) zone.
