Yes I’m glad Kamala ate shit in this election, the Democrats deserve to lose forever. I am starting to lose remaining respect for people irl who still support them and it pains me because people I love have abstracted and dismissed a genocide as an “election issue”.
the people you talk to irl are still spending more hours in a given day getting information about the world filtered through English-language TV news and facebook than anywhere else. it’s easy for people to passively repeat what they believe everyone else already thinks, even if “everyone else” is actually just a small minority of the world’s wealthiest people paying extraordinary amounts of money to ensure that their opinion is repeated verbatim 24/7 on every screen around you.
