Looks like it’s supposed to be the lyric:

From this song here but the tattooist done fucked up and put an ‘s’ in ‘where’ where the final ‘e’ should be.
And it is a Mumford and Sons song so it is complete nonsense, in my view.
I think it’s probably the angle here, the ‘where’ appears the have the same letter for both ‘e’s so, it looks more stylistic than a typo necessarily. Also, damn… calling a guy out. I actually enjoy their stuff, in moderation, and didn’t think that song was terrible.
Listen: in music, as in porn, if it moves your body and soul then go with it. Not my cup of tea.
