Of fucking course one of the most recent ones is about the “humanity’s last invention” and it’s implied to be a treat printer of sufficient size (which may wind up true in an unintentional way if the magic mirror on the wall requires that much electricity and that much water), but there were other bazinga whoppers, each with that obnoxious corporate-art thumbnail clickbait.

I was able to de-MAGA Youtube. I’m not sure how to de-bazinga it now. debord-tired

it’s easy, don’t watch youtube unless you have a question a-guy engineering/diy (including “redneck” ones) is much, much, better cause they explain the thing that exists and build it/touch it, instead of “wot if I read two science fiction books, one press release about article I likely don’t understand and start talking shit”

Assuring millions of people in reach that “Team Humanity” wins if 99% of the population are wiped out in a climate disaster, therefore trust in the enlightened wisdom and disruptive innovations of the planet-burners to save the planet, is a pretty harmful propaganda message, that’s for sure.

I’ve tamed the algorithm enough that it sends me 1 or 2 view videos. So now they tried a new tactic and started sending me some fucking klanadian pro-zionist podcast thingy that had like 50 views per episode. WHY exactly would you think I want to see this? Is it all the pro-palestine videos I watch and like? omori-furious

Those that look for some goofy silver lining to climate catastrophe and nuclear wars because humanity won’t be totally annihilated are not serious people. picard

“There may be crises going on but have faith in the status quo to fix it while you watch and continue enjoying the treats,” video after video.
