    Very true. Also… -The one who does the job right becomes the go-to person. -Loyalty to a job only benefits the person making the profit. -“We’re a family atmosphere” = Stockholm syndrome

    • if you become too good at something the chances of promotion out of that position become smaller
    • You are always replaceable
    • if a coworker quits or is fired don’t start doing his job unless you want 2x the work for 1x the pay -No, you don’t know how to do IT work

    So fucking true. I am efficient. I can’t help it. I just do things that way. So I get more and more piled on me.

      You are efficient for other people. Be efficient for yourself. Instead of hurrying and finishing work. Take some time for yourself and go internet shopping like the rest of us.
