Everything you described, in the west and especially the US, are “features” of the system. They’re really good at making a profit for corrupt individuals through causing suffering and destruction, I guess?

This feels similar to why mental illness apparently presents at much lower rates in periphery countries. It just isn’t being reported or detected. This also doesn’t even take into account corruption.
