      NGOs and western educated elites, backed and funded by the NED or other such intelligence agency cutouts (Heinrich Böll Stiftung is another extremely dangerous subversive entity that has its tentacles deep in South East Asian politics), can and do cause many countries to act against their own best interests.

    Let’s hope so, Thailand produces an overwhelming majority of the world’s rubber and them joining would lock another critically important resource into the BRICS sphere.

    A sensible move, and in keeping with Thailand’s historical success in the colonial era of navigating between competing power blocs to maintain its independence. And any country interested in a successful future would be insane to NOT join BRICS.
