That’s 10% more than I would have thought, and 70% less than we need.
Still a good start, and hopefully the momentum keeps up.
This is just for regular electricity generation, not total power needed. So you need much more than that you think you do, based on those numbers.
Are you referring to sectors of energy consumption which have not yet electrified? What are the biggest consumers there?
In the US I think it is the transport sector, or it is at least very close to the industrial sector. Much more than other countries due to how they ruined their cities, which made them incredibly car dependent.
